Troubleshooting
Occasionally things don't work as anticipated. Because all Genelec active monitors are complete systems made up of electronics as well as drivers it makes sense to do a little trouble-shooting before calling and simply saying "my loudspeaker is broken".Below is a list of possible problems along with some associated causes as well as suggested solutions. When in doubt, of course, call us first.
