Return Procedures
If for any reason you need to obtain service for your Genelec product, please contact us at 508-652-0900 or e-mail genelec.usa@genelec.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Be sure to have the product model and serial number available when you call. The serial number can be found on the barcode label located on the back of the speaker.
Before requesting service please check our troubleshooting section. In some instances the problem can be traced to a source other than the speaker. Taking a few minutes to do some basic troubleshooting will assist us in diagnosing your problem when you call.
For service outside of the United States please contact your local distributor.Packing
Your Genelec monitors are precision instruments and contain sensitive electronic components. Therefore, all returns must be properly packed using the original factory packing. If you no longer have the original carton we can provide new packing material for a nominal charge. Please be aware that using non-factory packing can result in damage and void your warranty.
