The Warranty tab explains the warranty for our products. In the Troubleshooting tab we have also compiled some common trouble shooting tips to help diagnose problems that can occur. This is a good place to start if there is something wrong with your Genelec monitors. If the speaker needs to return to Genelec Inc. for servicing we recommend looking at the Return Procedure tab.
