The Genelec 1038B Main Control Room Monitoring System is a powerful tri-amplified system designed for large control rooms. Its active crossovers, three channel power amplifiers and sophisticated protection circuitry make it one of the finest large monitors in the world. The integration of the system into its environment is enhanced by the Genelec’s unique Directivity Control Waveguide™ (DCW™) Technology, which provides excellent stereo imaging and frequency balance on and off-axis, even in difficult acoustic situations.

The Genelec 8050A Bi-Amplified Monitoring System is capable of producing peak SPL of over 120 dB per pair, and with a low frequency response extending down to 35 Hz; the 8050A is a powerful wideband bi-amplified monitoring system. The sophisticated low-level active crossover has versatile controls for matching the monitor to difficult acoustic environments. The volume-efficient MDE™ (Minimum Diffraction Enclosure™) enclosure and long, curved, flow-optimized reflex port combined with low distortion drivers to provide solid, clear, low frequencies with a minimum of compression, distortion and port noise artifacts.

In a 5.1 surround setting the 8050A is complemented with the 7070A LSE™ Series Active subwoofer, featuring a single 12” driver powered by a dedicated 250 W amplifier and a 6.1 Bass Manager connector panel. The LSE Series subwoofers redefined low frequency sound reproduction through Genelec’s unique Laminar Spiral Enclosure™ (LSE™) Technology which provides for clean, articulate response down to 19 Hz.
