Genelec appoints J B MARKETING Associates as Upstate NY Home Theater rep

NATICK, MA, January 26, 2006

Genelec Inc. has added J B Marketing Associates of Colden, NY, as its newest manufacturer’s representative. Karen Richardson, Genelec National Sales Manager for Home Theater Sound Systems, announced the appointment today. J B Marketing Associates will be responsible for sales and dealer training in the Upstate New York territory. The firm, founded in 1987 by Jim Belford, specializes in products for the custom installation and home integration market. This is Genelec’s latest step in expanding its coverage for all areas of the U.S. Genelec has continually proven its commitment to the home theater/custom installation market with a strong network of reps.

J B Marketing Associates is a member of the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) and IPRO, the association of independent manufacturers representatives. With a dedication to service and education, J B Marketing will assist Genelec with its distribution needs, offering training and technical support, as well as providing dealers and end users advice on home theater design and on-site consultations as needed.
